PROCESSING/ SHIPPING

All orders require 24-48 hours for processing. Most orders will ship same day. Standard shipping requires 3-5 business days. Express shipping requires 1-2 business days. 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer returns, only exchanges for equal or lesser value based upon availability.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hello@SoPlushBoutique.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item, unless the item received was defective. You have within 24 hours upon receiving your order to provide of any defective items received. When you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  After confirming availability, send your item to: So Plush Boutique, 1033 S FORT HOOD ST , #200, Killeen TX 76541, United States. Once your item has been inspected and accepted, your item will be shipped followed by an email with your tracking number. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer refunds, only exchanges for equal or lesser value based upon availability.

 Sale items

All items purchased on sale are final. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

LOCAL PICKUP/ DELIVERY

Local pickup/ delivery is available in Fort Hood, TX and surrounding areas. Call/ Text 5044842532 to schedule a pickup time.

KLARNA

Klarna is a buy now pay later payment option. You have the option to spread the cost of your purchases into 4 interest free installments that are charged from your card every 2 weeks or pay up to 30 days later.
